Can't rate the tour which I didn't join, even though the booking was made in advance and I got few notifications via email. I was there in time but the only one for English tour, so they just told me it wasn't possible. I understand that's free and blablabla but (especially as it was 3pm) I was planning my time and other things according to that prebooking. You'd better let people know before

Hi Irina and thanks for your comment. It is the first One-Star review we have gotten. There were more booking for that time but unfortunately they did not arrive, this tour implies a lot of effort and time to our tour guides and for that reason it is too risky to do it with just one person and their work is not retributed as it should. We give a Five-Star service and that is the reason why we gave you options to take this tour with our colleagues of our friend company so you make the most of your time. Nevertheless, we apologise and also hope you understand this situation.
