No recuerdo el nombre.vre de la guía pero fue excelente! Fue muy apasionante todo lo que nos contó y cómo lo hizo vivir. Muchas gracias! Fue un placer hacer el tour el martes 10 de junio a las 12 15 hs. Bendiciones a tu vida!

We travelled a long way from Zagreb to Ljubljana to join the tour. We were only 5 minutes late due to unfamiliar with the city. However, there is No sight of anyone in the meeting point. We were asking around and also sent a text message to the guide but No response from her. We were not sure whether the tour has started at 10am without waiting for a bit longer or the guide has decided to cancel because there were not enough participants. We were extremely disappointed. We have reported this to the Guru support team

Dear Teresa, the tour started exactly at 10:00AM. We were there with 2 groups at the same time (English and Spanish) 10:00-10:10 to do the introduction to the tour. I was with Spanish group and Artur was with English group. We moved on and during the tour at 10:30 I received your message that you are at the meeting point. When I was walking with my group to the next point I just wrote you short message that the tour started 30 min ago and I even gave you the guides number to contact him directly, maybe he could tell you where they were and you could join. But when the tour starts guides are not suppose to read the messages and answer them. If you knew that you are gonna be late, you could let us know before 10AM and we could share location. I hope that you can delete one star for the tour - because we don't deserve it 😉
