Cancelled due to lack of interest. Gloria promised to inform the four already booked people by 08:00 on the day but did not bother until Wasted morning waiting when if she was more professional could have messaged as promised. Hen I contacted her again her reply was bordering on being rude and simply said I could have rebooked! She could have provided better service and being more sympathetic. Will not use her again not recommend her. Obviously does not understand not only customer service which she lacks but the fact that tourists come a long way and gave limited time. Seems she’s just very money orientated. Pathetic attitude.
