We were visiting Zadar for the first time, so the tour provided a great introduction. Tonka was an excellent guide. Firstly, she has eyes so sharp and bright that they could cut steel. Having thus got our attention, she went on to provide great insight into the turbulent history of Zadar. This is very much her town. She grew up nearby on the island of Pag, where the world cheese comes from, then went on to University in Zadar, so she knows all of the haunts, and She gave out local recommendations for wine, food, activities and ice-cream. We followed up on four of them and enjoyed the lot. All in all, a really enjoyable tour and well worth the tip.
Would thoroughly recommend. Vid was knowledgeable as well as entertaining. Really helped us to learn more about Zagreb and its history
Pero was very knowledgeable and always tried to find a shady area. He was very informative but definitely not boring.
We originally didn’t have any fantasy about Zadar and did not find anything charming about this city because you can easily find other more attractive cities in Croatia. But the guide is really professional. It’s easy for us to made up with the tour guide because she hold an orange umbrella in a square. During her introduction, she prepared some printed materials for us to better understand her and have a full picture of the cities history. Would recommend it!
