This is not the first cancelled tour I have experienced with Guru. When you are in a city for only 2 days, it is really awful.

We understand your request. Unfortunately, we only had your reservation for one person, and we require a minimum of four participants. As you may understand, this is a "free" activity which, although it has no direct cost for participants, still involves additional expenses and professional time for us as guides. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. (We also provided information about other partners with ongoing group tours, so that you wouldn't miss the opportunity to discover Sintra.)

We didn't have any LOL moments, but ...he is trying to be funny, sarcastic, and he tries hard, so maybe laugh a little on his tour? He took us to beautiful places, but only had negative things to say. Atheists need not be so dismissive of beautiful churches. As an atheist, I know this.
