This was an informative and insightful tour that gave a better appreciation of the entire older
Panama City, from tourist to local, and a honest viewpoint of history.
The biking was easy but covered a good distance.

We did three tours during our time in Panama city, and this was definitely my favourite. It was really interesting to see so many different neighborhoods of Panama, not only the tourist spots but real neighborhoods where locals live, so you can fully understand the history and future of Panama. Jonathan and Elena were very friendly, knowledgeable, passionate about their country, and great storytellers! We were a little nervous to ride along cars on the busy streets, but Jonathan was great at directing us via the headsets, and getting cars to stop for us to pass, while Elena stayed at the back of the group to ensure we all stayed together. We always felt safe! The bikes were great and easy to use. There were some uphill sections, but with reminders from Jonathan about when to switch speeds, and an easy pace, we had no issues. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants to explore the full Panama city experience!

Jonathon provided an excellent tour of the 5 neighbourhoods. And we had Aaron supporting us to make sure we were safe.
Plus we had the bonus experience of viewing some extraordinarily huge ships pass under the Bridge of America.
Jonathon displayed an enthusiasm in sharing his knowledge with us , having grown up in Chorillo which made it all the more, an enriching experience.
Jonathon also made sure that we had comfortable bikes , we were well equipped with a listening device to hear him inform us on the way, and we were kept safe and travelled well on the bikes.
I couldn’t recommend the tour highly enough. 😊

Not sure if there is a more knowledgeable person in Panama City - Jonathan was amazing. He ensured safety, had great stories and showed us things most tourists would never see. If you’re on the fence, book it!
