Javier did a great job with the highlights of Santa Marta's history, key figures and significant landmarks in the old town. Excellent English, very engaging and provided some interactive elements to make it more than just a "walk and talk".

The free walking tour with Javier was very interesting. He is absolute passionate about to show visitors his city and we learned a lot about the history of Santa Marta, but also Colombia in general. The tour was entertaining as Javier has a really cool way of explaining the things. Furthermore we stopped at some nice food and drink spots where we would taste some things.

Javier did a great job! His knowledge of the history, culture and architecture was first rate. He also introduced us to local food and language, great diversity. Recommended!

I loved the variety of this tour! Javier was a warm and happy tour guide and very knowledgeable. I got to see such a variety of things and learn information about Santa Marta I would have never known without going on the tour. We were given a juice of lulo and orange at the end while watching the sunset.

Animated and expressive. Got a little bit of everything from history to food. He'll bring you to restaurants and stalls. The best part is the 15% discount for gelato. Suggestion for improvement: wait for everyone before starting the sharing at each stop. Missing out the first 10 seconds could make it hard to follow the rest of the narrative. In trying to catch up, I missed a step and fell but he was way ahead and totally unaware.

Cesar arrived right on time at the meeting point. He kindly watched after keeping us out of harms way from heat maximizing shade as he provided quality information of the sights and the city. It was very interesting and informative. He shared tips for different lunch options for us after the tour ended. I highly recommend! Very professional! Thanks Cesar!!

Zunächst ein Dankeschön an den Guide Javier, ein super freundlicher und sympathischer Mensch Ich wurde sehr nett und kompetent begrüßt und ich habe den Guide auch sofort erkannt. Die Tour war mega interessant mit ganz viel Erklärungen zu den Exponaten im Museum und zu den historischen Plätzen und der Kathedrale. Viel erfahren über das Leben der Menschen in Kolumbien. Abschluss ein fantastischer Sonnenuntergang. Die Tour hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Sehr zu loben ist auch das sehr gute Englisch von Javier. Vielen Dank

Javier is amazing! His knowledge of history, setting a context for Santa Marta past and present and relationships with other locals for us to meet and his sense of humor was the best! By far, best tour in South America so far! Make sure you take a tour of Santa Marta with him!

We had a lovely afternoon with Javier, it felt more like going around with a very knowledgeable friend than a guide. He was very knowledgeable and tailored some of the info to our personal interests. Phillipe konnte sehr viel spannendes über das leben in santa marta, die architektur und die geschichte der stadt erzählen. Er war enorm bemüht zur sicherheit und wohlbefinden der teilnehmer.

We had a great time on this bike tour through Santa Marta. It was a fun way to learn some things about the town and we appreciated how relaxed and kind Felipe was. We were lucky with a small group of 6. Unfortunately they did not have a helmet in my size and got a bit frustrated when nothing wouldn't fit, telling me to just make do with what they have. Other thann that everything was great!

Martín is extremely competent and super passionate about what It explains and It shows! The tour was a true gem : I couldn’t recommend him as a guide enough!

I Definitely recommend this tour. Javier was excellent, knowledgeable and entertaining. Also helpful with recommendations so a group of us had dinner together after the tour which was a bonus!
