¡Hola! Soy guía local de Jiva, una de las ciudades más hermosas de la Ruta de la Seda y Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO. Overall I enjoyed the tour. But we do quite a few tours and compared to my usual ability to concentrate for 3 hours, by halfway through I was wandering. There was too much info presented too fast without interaction and my brain started to switch off. Charos is very nice, very knowledgeable and we really did see a lot of places and receive a lot of information. But I don't remember much of it. Also, I do not remember reading in advance anywhere that we needed to purchase the 250,000 som entry ticket. That was a bit of a surprise as we were staying in the Old Town and did not realise we needed to purchase a ticket. Not devastating but this needs to be mentioned up front. One of our group backed out immediately and I was grumbling ... 500k outlay for a free tour before we even started. OK, a necessity ... but would be nice to know..
Very informative tour. Charos knows everything about Khiva and she always gave us enough free time to take pictures and explore.
Excellent tour, Charos set the tour at a comfortable pace for everyone, she was very informative & made the tour very interesting. She was very professional & friendly. My husband & I both enjoyed the tour very much.
