I can recommend that tour 100% and I think that it is a great way to find out more about Oaxaca. The Guide Noel was doing a fantastic job!
Julio led us on a walking tour to see some of the fabulous street art in the Jalalatco neighborhood of Oaxaca. There were people from four different countries on the tour and five of them — including the guide — spoke English as a second language. Julio did a great job communicating in English with everyone. He was very knowledgeable about the murals, their historical, artistic and political significance, and even had personal connections to some of the artists. The tour is only two hours and is definitely worth your time!
