The Sherlock Holmes tour was phenomenal - I highly recommend it if you have any interest in books, movies and TV series about Sherlock Holmes, Victorian England and London, pop-culture or history and culture in general - you will learn a lot about all of these subjects, all within 2 hours! It was exciting to see places related to Conan Doyle and his characters, but also hear stories about many figures from that era and our present day (from Charles Darvin and Karl Marx to Robert Downy Jr. and Guy Ritchie). Every story was tied to places we visited so it was easy to fall through the crack in time right into the 19th century London. I feel very lucky to have had Ben (aka Big Ben lol) as our guide - he's a professional historian and teacher and a history buff focusing on Victorian England. Ben is a great storyteller with a wealth of knowledge and genuine interest in his subject, a pleasure to talk to. And he's seen every movie and TV series on Sherlock Holmes, so I now have a long list of things I can't wait to watch, thanks to him! Very grateful for this experience! It was the highlight of our trip to London.
Big Ben was an amazing guide! He had smart jokes, lots of knowledge and made the afternoon very entertaining. Had awesome tips for pints and foods, gave lots of helpful information and showed really nice spots. Everything you could want for a tour! Just keep in mind to keep up the pace!

This was such an awesome Tour! James was so full of knowledge, the most friendly person, and you could tell so passionate about London in general! He was willing to give great recs and just a delight! This is not the first walking tour I've done and certainly won't be the last. It was the perfect way to spend the morning!
