Julio was a lovely guy with a great history. He made Luxembourg very memorable and provided excellent recommendations alongside a very informative tour.
I reached the meeting point well before time. Since I could not find the guide I sent a message stating I was the location and how to identify him. It was only then that I got call stating that he was not in the country at all. That he was in spain, that Paulina was supposed to have done the tour, but seems to have dropped it. Net effect. I was left high and dry. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I would never ever opt for a free tour with Guru Walk. There is a lack of commitment. Being left high and dry at the last moment in a foreign country is NOT a good feeling.!!
The group waited for 20 minutes and the guide didn't show or message or anything. Very disappointing
