I came early. We all waited for the tour guide for 30 mins. In front of town hall. No message, so we left
Guru never showed up I texted 11:30 (Official meeting time) that we waiting for tour (3 random persons could find each other: lady from Canada and the gentlemen from Netherlands +me but no tour guide. No responds No cancelations simply not acceptable no show!!! We booked another tour 2h later with another Guru / other location. My review: Zero / 10
Terrible. I saw other reviews saying thd guide did not show but hoped it wouldnt happen to me. Sadly it did. I couldnt see the guru when i arrived early and nobody looking like a guide appeared for 30mins after arrival time. I messaged the guru asking if the tour was going ahead but i am yet to receive a reply. Very disappointing as i never had issues with Guru before.
The guru never showed up. I texted her as well that some of us are waiting at the meeting point but she never replied back either
Guide originally changed the time to half an hour later which we accepted then never showed up. Have used Guru many times without a problem and always found them good tours so don’t know what happened in this occasion.
