I understand your frustration, but the tour description literally says that "there is a minimum of three people per tour, and I will notify you in advance if we need to cancel." You booked the night before, not weeks in advance, so it wasn’t a last-minute cancellation of a long-standing plan. Additionally, reviewing a tour you didn’t attend seems unfair. I do my best to be upfront and transparent with all guests.
