Visita al Vedado, la parte nueva de la Habana

Heikel had a scheduling conflict and requested a one hour later start. We agreed. We left our cruise ship early and arrived at the meeting spot ahead of time, but no Heikel. We waited around a while and then gave up. Upon our return to the ship, we found an email from him canceling the tour due to rain. Well, we were walking around Havana all day and it rained for only a short while. In my opinion, Heikel is not a reliable host. He did offer to reschedule, but that was not possible for us. Very disappointing.

I am very sorry you waited for me that long. We rescheduled our tour for 11:30 but I was waiting a bus to go to the meeting place and it was raining. I could not get the bus and just at 11:15 I decided not going because it was still raining and it takes more than 40 minutes for me to get there. Sorry but transportation in Cuba is not easy and I tried as hard as I could. Thanks for your review!
