A great tour with a knowledgeable guru who was very happy to answer questions. Lots of food recommendations were also given.
We loved this tour for an introduction to Penang history. Although we were small group our guide provided us all with earpieces to make sure we could hear everything shared. The information and demonstration on Toaist practices was very detailed. Really liked the nutmeg juice and food recommendations as well.
Pooi Ling was fantastic, knowledgeable and patient. It was a fantastic end to our trip.
I have participated in walking tours in multiple cities/countries (e.g., Barcelona, Rome, and Marrakesh), so I am writing this review with a fairly broad basis for comparison. I would rate Southbeast Asia Heritage as the most professional. We were each provided with a headset and a well-written information booklet. The group wasn't large. The tour was more than 3 hours, but it remained engaging throughout. Highly recommended.
