An absolutely fantastic tour! Riccardo was an amazing guide. In the end it was just me and my boyfriend because another couple had cancelled, but Riccardo still went ahead with the tour and made it feel really special. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and passionate, and the time flew by. Since it was our first day in the city, he also shared some wonderful hidden gems that helped us discover places we would never have found on our own. Thank you so much, Riccardo, for such a memorable experience. Highly recommended!
This walking tour was *far better than expected*!! My wife and I attend free walking tours in almost every new city we visit, and this one was almost certainly the best we have experienced. Alper was our guide, and he was exceptionally knowledgeable about the city, history, and intricacies of sites/places in Old Town Sultanamet. It did not feel "touristy", and he offered plenty of recommendations for follow-on visits to see more/inside of sites as well as where and what to eat. If you want a perfect and thorough introduction to Istanbul, we recommend to choose this tour. Aside from eating/relaxing, It was probably the most worthwhile thing we did during our 5 days in Istanbul!
