From the get go, I knew Iddi would be a great guide. Not only did he confirm my booking within a few hours, but he also messaged me a day before and a few hours to the walking tour to confirm about our agreed time and my participation in the tour. During the tour, Iddi expressed great enthusiasm and mastery of Zanzibar/Stone Town's history. As one who's grown up in Zanzibar, he is very well suited to offer this walking tour. As a solo traveler, I really appreciated that he gladly offered to take beautiful photos of me as we went along. This handy skill ensured that I have great photos and memories to remind me of this amazing walking tour of Stone Town. The route selected was exemplary and was truly a walk back in time.
