¡Hola, viajeros! Soy Manuel, guía turístico en el centro histórico de Mérida desde hace 6 años. Mi misión es que, al final del tour, se lleven un profundo aprecio por la rica historia de Mérida, antes conocida como Tihó. Desde los momentos más importantes hasta las leyendas más antiguas, quiero que cada paso por esta ciudad los haga sentir conectados con su cultura y tradiciones.
A lo largo del recorrido, les compartiré recomendaciones sobre lugares imprescindibles en Mérida y Yucatán, como cenotes mágicos y zonas arqueológicas llenas de historia, para que disfruten aún más su visita y descubran lo mejor de la región. Mi objetivo es que al final de cada tour se lleven una experiencia inolvidable y el deseo de seguir explorando todo lo que esta ciudad tiene para ofrecer.
Además, disfruto aprendiendo idiomas como italiano, francés y alemán, lo que me permite enriquecer mi visión del mundo y acercarme más a las distintas culturas

We thoroughly enjoyed our Mayan walking tour with Manuel. He is such a friendly, knowledgeable guide. We were impressed that he took time to answer every question, and then wanted to know if there was anything else that we might ask before we moved on to the next location of the tour. Manuel is fluent in english, Spanish and Mayan and we learned so much about the ancient cultures of the Yucatan and Merida. He is proud of his cultural heritage and his City and it shows! We would eagerly take another tour if Manuel could be our guide!
I travelled solo and it was just me and another couple attending the tour so it was almost a private tour. Manuel is great guide, very knowledgeable of Mayan history and the history of the Merida and Yukatan. He managed to answer all our questions (although it appeared we all been a well travelled tourists and had pretty challenging questions for Manuel). He gave lots of useful recommendation on the places to eat and experience more local culture. Highly recommend!
We were lucky to be the only ones on the tour so had a very personalised experience. Manuel was fantastic and gave us so much information about the places we visited and history and answered our questions. He showed us things we would never have seen on our own. We really enjoyed our time with Manuel and he gave us lots of great recommendations!
