The guru cancelled the tour but did inform me one day prior to this, apparently he stays in another city (not in Dushanbe) and couldn’t come due to snowfall.
Fazliddin was an Excellent Tour Guide full of knowledge, and who did his best to have me see as much as possible and guided me for eating, shopping and to enjoy the beautiful city of Dushanbe. Thank you Faz.
