Cancelled my Thursday tour on Monday due to illness. 🤷🏻♀️ All other tours were fully booked.
The guide contacted me to say that me n my husband were the only participants n that they lived so far away that it wasnt worth their while to come to town for only 2 people. They suggested we organise with another tour , which we did with Get Your Guide . Thank you n sorry we didnt get to experience your company.
Great walking tour of Cologne, time went really fast, learnt a lot and great route, very friendly guide, really enjoyed it, great overview of city
De gids Aylin was netjes op tijd aanwezig en heeft eens een fantastische tour door Keulen gegeven. Ze spreekt perfect Engels, vertelt interessante informatie op een aangename manier. Heeft veel ervaring en kennis, twijfel zeker om een tour bij haar te boeken. Ook de communicatie vooraf met haar en Guru walk verliep goed.
Very disappointed when you turn up and nothing happens…I waited, looked around (despite being at the location) and msg the guide but no reply. Luckily I found an afternoon tour so 🤞
