Very unreliable Guru. I was at the Jaffa Gate by 15:45. No other visitor for the Tour showed up, and I kept waiting for Jacob, (since I had a Guru-Walkative Tour alone before) but He never showed up before I left at 17:00. Roseline.
I got reminder day before for 2pm tour. After contacting guru, he advised that it was 4:30pm. We rushed to get there at 2pm and was told the system should have notified us of the change. No apology
Can I give you 11/10 That was a fantastic tour of the new city of Jerusalem Your knowledge Your friendship Your personality Fantastic And to top off our tour with a cold beer in the heat kept this Aussie happy Thank you Jacob really had a great time and what a way to end my trip to Israel a very special country
