Unfortunately our tour guide never showed up. We booked the tour two hours before the start time. We waited at the meeting point until we eventually realised Amine was not going to show up. 30 minutes later he sent me a message saying: “Sorry I didn’t see your booking cause I wasn’t expected i will have tour this afternoon”. My question is, if you weren’t expecting a tour this afternoon then why did you allow us to book it in the first place? Or you could have informed us you wouldn’t be available as soon as we booked it. We wanted to look past the bad reviews and give him the benefit of the doubt but unfortunately we were disappointed, especially as we were only in Casablanca for one day.

Guide had a lot of experience with our Medina tour. Took his time . Our tour lasted 1/2 longer than it was scheduled.
We spent a very interesting and informative 2 hours with our guide Amine. We had to book him on the morning as our other guide cancelled on us. We learned so much about the past, present and future plans for the Medina. He took us at a really comfortable pace through the area. It was a really insightful tour showing the changing face of the Medina. We really enjoyed our time with Amine.
