Si bien disfruto del kayak, el buceo y el golf, me fascina aprender sobre otras culturas e historias e impartir un poco de la nuestra. La historia comparada me fascina. He viajado a muchos países y también viví en Francia, Nueva Zelanda, EE. UU. y el Reino Unido para estudiar, la universidad y trabajar. Esta gira, a veces la combino o la entrego a niños del último año de escuela, para que se familiaricen con la orientación y utilicen los ingresos que obtengan para realizar proyectos sociales en el marco de los clubes Interact de su escuela (un movimiento rotario juvenil).
We arrived at the meeting point 10 minutes before the meeting time of 3.30pm. We waited there until 3.45pm but the guide never showed up. We heard nothing from the guide about being late or needing to cancel, but then he started ringing me at about 3.55pm, but it was already too late by then. We have used Guru Walk tours all over the world and this has never happened to us so it was very disappointing, we also only had 1 day in Kandy so we're disappointed to have wasted an afternoon waiting around for a tour guide who never showed up on time.
The guide did not turn up and could not be reached. We arrived at the meeting point 10 minutes before the agreed time and waited there for half an hour. We have never had such a disappointing experience with Guruwalk.
The information shared by the guru was well organised. A great orator and conversationalist. The tour was very engaging and informative. The walk through the rain forest is quite therapeutic.
We did good visits with Nikhil. He adapted to our choices. We have learned lot of interesting things !
Didn't show up, sent his friend who also didn't show up. Shouldn't have advertised if he couldn't make it.
