Hola, me llamo Charlotte, soy franco-belga diplomada de turismo en Bélgica y vivo en Palma desde 2014. Trabajé por toda Europa recibiendo, informando y guiando a viajeros de todo el mundo hablando idiomas como el francés, inglés, castellano, italiano, holandés u alemán.

Charlotte was great - full of interesting information about the Old Town and key sites, plus some special spots off the beaten track. She was enthusiastic, engaging and passionate about the town. Highly recommend taking a walking tour with Charlotte!!
