Ciao, mi chiamo Charlotte, sono franco-belga, sono laureata in turismo in Belgio e vivo a Palma dal 2014. Ho lavorato in tutta Europa ricevendo, informando e guidando viaggiatori da tutto il mondo che parlano lingue come francese, inglese, spagnolo, italiano, olandese o tedesco. Charlotte was great - full of interesting information about the Old Town and key sites, plus some special spots off the beaten track. She was enthusiastic, engaging and passionate about the town. Highly recommend taking a walking tour with Charlotte!!

Charlotte lead a tour that was relaxed, informative and thoroughly enjoyable.
