We didn’t learn anything about history, culture, or the food. Our guide mostly pointed out signs, but didn’t give us any additional information. There was also no assurance that the food places we went to were safe. We went to a number of spots with typical food, but looked like very local spots, and there was no understanding that the food or water was clean. We ate most of the food and haven’t gotten sick it seems, but our guide didn’t have any knowledge of the hygiene practices of any of the stops and it’s up to the person to use their best judgment

Fun, delicious, great place and lots of things to try! Manuel found out that we hadn't done much walking around the city and added some extra sites he thought we would enjoy as well as lots and lots of food!
