Nací en Lagos todo el tiempo escuchando historias de mi tío que era el curador de una iglesia local. Ingresé a un curso de Historia en la Universidad de Braga, entre 2012 y 2016. Después de terminar ese curso, comencé a investigar todo lo que mi tío me había enseñado en documentos, libros, por supuesto que estaba molesto. Pero puedo decir que toda la información que me dio fue precisa. También aprendí de algunos eruditos que sentí que tenían la misma pasión por la investigación y por esta ciudad. Tuve la suerte de conocer a estas personas ya que siempre fueron una fuente confiable. Lancé el Proyecto de Tour a Pie por Lagos en 2018. Lagos, y todo el Algarve, siempre fueron conocidos por las hermosas playas y la exquisita cocina. La idea de mí creando este proyecto es poder dar otra oferta y perspectiva cultural además de todo el sol y las playas.
Great host who was an historian and loved his job. The way he built up the information over the tour was perfect and all made perfect sense in the end. Visiting the market and other shops was localised and made the tour more personable
Ligio is very knowledgeable about his country and his local area. As well as telling us about the history and archaeology of Lagos, he gave us many tips about local food, produce and culture
Ligio is a vibrant and friendly guide. We spent a lot of the tour visiting shops owned by his friends and looking at historical photos of Lagos. If you don't mind subtle pressure to patronize these businesses, you will enjoy the tour as they are actually unique and interesting.
