Huy, our tour guide was great and we really enjoyed our time with him. He explained many of the complicated intricacies of Vietnam's history to us, which was great. However, we were disappointed by the fact that there was no "coffee in the guide's (or a local's) house, as advertised. Instead the owner of the tour company met us and showed us a coffee shop that he was building! Not really the same thing. However, that part of the tour sounded a little too good and hard to organze and so we were not, really, so surprised, but it is really false advertising.
Great tour with lots of local stories and information.
Joseph was an amazing guide. He was very knowledgeable, kind and friendly As it was a very hot day he provided water at stops and a snack to keep us going. It was a very interesting tour and we learnt alot. Thank you 5 🌟
Peter was not sharing much information about the city, He was very disinterested in conducting the tour- he was walking extremely slowly just to pass time. He made us spend 50 minutes at an expensive coffee shop also to kill time. He insisted for a high tip at the end and skipped couple of points mentioned in the walk description. Overall, walk was effectively not more than 40 minutes.
