The guide was extremely RUDE in the way he spoke to us and DEMANDED that we pay for a ticket to enter the Old Town of Hoi An. We want to highlight that entering the Old Town is NOT MANDATORY and no one had asked us for any payment during our visit. If that were required, he should have informed us before the tour started. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GUIDE — he is very rude and disrespectful. We have been using Guru Walk for years and have never come across such an unpleasant guide. Please remove him from your Hoi An tours. El guru fue extremadamente GROSERO en su forma de expresarse y nos EXIGIO un pago para entrar a la ciudad antigua de Hoi An, DESTACAMOS QUE PARA ENTRAR A LA CIUDAD ANTIGUA NO ES OBLIGATORIO PAGAR NADA, ya habiamos recorrido la ciudad y nadie nos exigio un pago, y si ese fuese el caso deberio informarlo antes de hacer el tour. NO RECOMIENDO A ESTE GURU ES SUPER GROSERO Y MAL EDUCADO, llevamos anos usando Guru y nunca habiamos encontrado con tan desagradable Guru, saquenlo de sus tours de Hoi An
