Memo was very nice and friendly. The tour does have a personal perspective since you are guided by a local resident. Not so much historical information. Nice breakfast place.
Memo was a great tour guide! We enjoyed learning about the history of Puerta Vallarta and how the Taco vendors developed their businesses. The tacos were delicious and drinks were very refreshing!
