Our guide did send a email notice the day before canceling our tour but I didn't notice the part of the email which mentioned the cancelation. So my fault.
I joined the Incense Village tour in Hanoi with Kathy Nguyen and it was such a wonderful experience! Kathy was very helpful, informative, and patient throughout the tour. Kathy is a lovely and caring young lady who knows every tourist destination in Honoi so well. We had the most interesting two days exploring Hanoi together. Highly recommend.
