I joined the Incense Village tour in Hanoi with Kathy Nguyen and it was such a wonderful experience! Kathy was very helpful, informative, and patient throughout the tour. She explained everything clearly, shared a lot of interesting insights, and always made sure we were comfortable. I also really appreciated her friendly and approachable personality, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend joining a tour with Kathy if you’re in Hanoi!

Kathy is a lovely and caring young lady who knows every tourist destination in Honoi so well. We had the most interesting two days exploring Hanoi together. Highly recommend.
