On the first day, the reservation was made just 30 minutes before the tour began, and unfortunately, I wasn’t able to accommodate last-minute bookings in such a short time frame. For the second attempt, I kindly requested that the booking be made for a different time—12 PM—due to prior commitments that made the 7 PM slot unavailable. I understand this may have been frustrating, but I did my best to offer an alternative that would work, and I assured you that the tour could go ahead if rescheduled for the suggested time. At that time, I was new to the platform and still learning how to manage bookings and cancellations properly. That lack of experience may have caused some confusion, and I take full responsibility for that. I truly value every guest’s time and plans, and I always aim to deliver a great experience.
