I would really recommend Ester's walk. Due to availability, we booked for our penultimate day, but it would be best to book early in a trip to provide an introduction to where you might want to spend more time - or if you only have one day then you will it will help you see as much as possible in short space of time.
Ester's knowledge and experience was brilliant for helping us understand and appreciate what we were looking at, with an entertaining delivery. She encouraged questions and made everything as interactive as possible.
I have done walking tours in a lot of cities across Europe and, in my opinion, Ester's is certainly one of the best.

Tour was superb, Ester gave us a lot of information about history of a city, local tradition and must see places. Everyone who is coming to Košice have to do this tour.

Ester is a lovely and charming woman, passionate about her job and her hometown. I loved her sense of humour. The tour was so joyful. You can’t miss this tour if you come to Košice, you won’t regret.

Ester's tour was exceptional in terms of presentation, locations chosen and knowledge. The focus for everyone was on history and especially the Jewish drama during WW II through the criminal activities of the Germans. Contemporary developments, especially since Slovakia's independence, could enrich some people's knowledge. All in all it was great!
