Fantastic tour! An entertaining afternoon learning about Porto, port wine, history and a lot more. Thank you!
Enjoyed the tour learn unique information
Nuno is funny, knowledgeable and personable. He made our tour worthwhile and we are happy to have met him.
Brilliant tour, very personable and well structured! Learnt a lot and brought the city to life - would really recommend for anyone to kickstart their introduction to Porto :) also really appreciated all the local tips for bars and restaurants
It was great, thanks!
Great tour, first Guru Walk and it did not disappoint. Thank you so much for showing my father and I around your beautiful city! Very funny too!
Truly a professional guide. Great experience.
A must to take this tour. Nuno was awesome!
If ypu want a tour where noone get bored and you are free to ask all kinds of questions about Portugal - choose this tour :)
The walk was not too long and indeed only downhill. Nuno is very professional, he knew the answers to all our questions. He was very polite but expressed his strong opinion about the involvement of the catholic church to the history in the past centuries.
Top entertainment and education👏😁
A good enjoyable tour covering the areas we had not seen in Porto. Nuno kept the tour well paced and fun. Thanks
Great fun!
Nino was fun and informative. Great guy !
Very good tour
Very good, highly recommended
Nuno’s tour was fun, entertaining but still informative. In just over an hour and a half he managed to give.us the geography of all the main sites in Porto, gave us a real local’s view of the city and how it’s changed in the last couple of generations and even improved our knowledge of port wine. And all this with his own blend of irreverent humour which suited us down to the ground. We weren’t bored once which I feel can’t often be said for the longer, more formulaic walking tours. Highly recommend!
Nuno provided a satisfying blend of entertainment, history, appreciated context, varied perspective, and a vibrancy matching Porto.
Don't say he didn't warn you! He is irreverent and anti authoritarian to the max. His humour isn't for everyone but as a once in a lifetime experience it is worth it.
I did the tour on my own. My husband thought it would be a huge group that we often see.. it was a small group of 3.. our tour was fun.. I giggle and smiled every second. I have learned so much about this cute city. I am so glad I did it! He was amazing!
Tour divertente e interessante. Non troppo lungo come altri tutor, ed è meglio così. Poi ti fornisce gli spunti per continuare da solo la visita.
So, I booked a tour and it was an *experience” Our guide, Nuno, is basically Porto’s human Wikipedia—if Wikipedia had a sarcastic sense of humor and zero filter. Nuno knows Porto like the back of his hand, and by “back of his hand,” I mean he could probably tell you what the cobblestones had for breakfast in 1755. His knowledge is next-level, and he’s not afraid to share his opinions, which range from “interesting” to “wait, did he just say that out loud?” If you want a tour that’s equal parts history lesson and roast session, Nuno’s your guy. Nuno’s humor is… an acquired taste. Imagine your edgy uncle at Thanksgiving, but with a Portuguese accent and a passion for 16th-century architecture. At one point, he made a joke that made me laugh, cry, and question my life choices—all within 10 seconds. If you’ve got a strong stomach and a love for the absurd, you’ll survive (and maybe even thrive). If not, well… consider it a character-building exercise. Despite the occasional emotional rollercoaster, Nuno’s tour was unforgettable. He’s like that one friend who’s both brilliant and slightly terrifying, but you keep hanging out with them because they’re oddly entertaining. If you can handle 90 minutes of unfiltered wisdom and questionable jokes, I highly recommend spending time in Nuno’s company. Just maybe don’t bring your easily offended aunt. Thanks, Nuno, for the history lesson—and the therapy session I’ll probably need later.
Thank you Nuno for sharing your passion and knowledge about this lovely city! we enjoyed this walking tour and had fun!
Great!
Worth doing the tour
