Francesco is excellent, really enjoyed our tour. He chooses to only take small groups so he interacts with everyone and shows you lots of interesting aspects of Venice that you would never see or notice yourselves!

HIDDEN SECRETS AND CURIOSITIES OF VENICE

The tour with Laura was an informative, informative and very interesting tour. She had a lot of knowledge about the city’s history and could answer all questions we asked! It was amazing to see less touristic, more hidden parts of Venice!

Laura was PHENOMENAL :) the best walking tour we’ve done (and we’ve done over 10). She has great energy and hosted an incredibly well researched and organized tour of Venice. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Even if you’ve done a different tour of Venice, I can nearly guarantee Laura will show you a side of the city you haven’t seen.

This is a tremendous tour of the hidden gems and less travelled calli in Venice. Laura is a wonderfully talented tour guide, I have left the tour with a much better understanding of Venice, a big smile and a thirst for more Venetian secrets! Thank you, Laura!

If you want to discover the Venice that is hidden from the vast majority of tourists, this is the tour for you. You'll learn loads about, for example, the Jewish ghetto (the first ever) and why there is a small stone bowl next to the wells and what the sloping walls in some of the corners are for. But you won't see the Rialto (Francesco's bete noir!) or St Mark's Square or other major sites. Those, of course, you can do by yourself - but Francesco is your man if you want to see the quirky, the surprising and the fascinating side of Venice.
