I got to do this tour with Paul in spanish. This tour is not for everyone. Yes, anything is possible and you can do anything you want but you have to be confident riding a bike. You bike through busy streets, holes, rocks, grass, on a capable mountain bike. This is not a tour to learn how to ride a bike. There is also too much to see in the amount of time. I was with my girlfriend and we did not get to see all the sites. My girlfriend was also not enjoying riding on rough terrain. If you are a mountain bike enthusiasts, in good shape, then maybe you can power through.
