Insight Can Tho con Sunny

The first day with walking tour. Sunny was fabulous! Sunny is the person you should choose if you need a true local tour guide who is knowledgeable and funny. While you may get information online and visit some locations on your own, his trip is something special. Being outgoing, having an open mind, and being willing to learn in an engaging way are the keys to learning without stress. Allow yourself to feel and enjoy. The next day in a group. Sunny was fantastic - I wish I could give him a higher rating. He went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience including making a bespoke tour to the forest (Khu Du Lịch Mùa Xuân) for me the following day. We began the day early visiting the floating market and eating delicious noodle soup for breakfast. Sunny had checked my food/drink preferences and it was delicious. Over both days he introduced me to delicious local foods and provided fresh fruit snacks. Sunny explained about the local culture, different plants used for colouring rice noodles as well as herbs and fruit trees. I observed/interacted with the processes for making rice noodles and cacoa - including tasty snacks. We also visited local Vietnemese people on board one of their live-aboard boats at the floating market once trading had finished. Sunny was very happy to answer all my questions - he is very friendly and his knowledge and his English are excellent. He also took lots of photos and videos throughout the tour which he provided to me afterwards. I wish all tour guides were as great as this - thank you so much for a fantastic experience. We did the free walking tour with Sunny in Can Tho in a group of 5. He showed us many interesting places and told us many facts about the city and its buildings. It’s really a nice tour - even if you’re just for a short time in Can Tho. Sunny is a funny person who laughs a lot - but you need to be ready; his humour is very direct 😅

Loved the tour! Sunny was so kind to do it just for me, as there were no other bookings for today so I got a great private tour. Sunny was able to answer all my questions and we had nice chats about the country, culture, religion, etc. He also gave me good recommendations for my further trip in Vietnam ;) Definitely do the tour! I walked around Can Tho already but there was so much more to see and know 😊

Nunca antes había realizado un tour de este tipo y realmente quedé encantada. Todo lo que Sunny fue compartiendonos expandió mis conocimientos e, incluso, me ayudó a resignificar muchas experiencias previas que tuve durante mi viaje al Sudeste Asiatico. Sunny was a ray of sunshine in the truest sense of the word!!! so thoughtful, kind and totally professional! He had a great knowledge of the culture, country and people and he told us about it with kind charm! The tour was great fun and the time flew by!! thank you Sunny!!!!
