Prepárate para descubrir la fascinante historia de Brighton y aprender sobre su identidad única, mientras visitas los edificios más icónicos de esta vibrante y moderna ciudad costera.
Nos encontraremos fuera de la tienda del Royal Pavilion, junto a la puerta de la India del Royal Pavilion.
Luego echaremos un vistazo más de cerca al exterior del Royal Pavilion y aprenderemos más sobre su colorida historia. Doblaremos la esquina y pasaremos por los populares lugares del Brighton Dome y el Corn Exchange. Caminaremos por New Road hasta el Theatre Royal. Cruzaremos la calle y deambularemos por los Lanes, deteniéndonos en el Ayuntamiento, para obtener una visión del área que una vez se llamó ‘Brighthelmstone’. Luego veremos The Cricketers, el pub más antiguo de Brighton. Luego nos dirigiremos a Middle Street e intentaremos imaginarnos en los años 60 frente al Hippodrome, antes de dirigirnos al elegante Grand Hotel. El recorrido continuará en el paseo marítimo para disfrutar del i360 y los restos del único muelle catalogado de grado 1 en el Reino Unido, el West Pier. Haremos una parada fuera del Museo de Pesca para escuchar algunas historias del mar y continuaremos hasta el único muelle operativo, el Palace Pier. Terminaremos nuestro recorrido con la esperanza de ver en acción el ferrocarril eléctrico más antiguo, Volks Electric Railway y pasando por el túnel ‘rock n’ roll’ hasta el acuario más antiguo del mundo, Sealife.
Soy un apasionado de los viajes y he participado en varias caminatas espirituales alrededor del mundo. Me encanta jugar al tenis, aprender idiomas y soy un ávido lector. Tengo muchas ganas de mejorar mis habilidades con la guitarra próximamente con algunas clases.

I thoroughly enjoyed the tour today. Brenda was really friendly and brought to life the history and culture with interesting stories and lots of factual information. The history of the Pavillion was fascinating, as were lots of the little tales she told as we walked around Brighton. Thoroughly recommend xx

Brenda was very knowledgable about Brighton and her tour was absolutely full of interesting historical info. I especially liked hearing the tales of the first pub, the twittern challenge and the underground tunnel, She went at a good pace with places to stop along the way. She’s a great guide - a lovely way to spend a morning and find out the hidden stories of this beautiful town.

This tour was very interesting. It was packed full of historical information about Brighton and the places we visited. There was also personal stories of the historical people that we learnt about. We visited lots of interesting places. Brenda was very clear in her delivery and included some interactive parts to the tour. She can also speak 3 languages apart from English so she could answer questions in different languages!
