This was my 1st booking on Guru walk. Elza was a very knowledgeable and professional guide who also connected to the individual people on her walking tour. She gave me a perspective of Evora I would otherwise never had experienced. Thank you, it made my short stay in Evora even more enjoyable.

We only booked the tour less than one hour in advance. We aren't typically "tour" people but thought it would be a good way to familiarize ourselves with the town. And wow, were we ever impressed!! Elza's knowledge of, and passion for, her community, and Portugal, was very evident. I could have kept going for two more hours. She is a gem!

Very good intro to Evora. Thank you. So much to see and not enough time. Elza provided lots of pertinent info and left room for our own exploration, if only we had more time.

Really enjoyed the tour. We learned more about the overall history of Portugal than we expected, and of course many details about Évora. Elza was very fun, and quite an expert.

2 hours is short time to show the city but with this limited time - tour was great. Full of knowledge, history and well representation of Evora

An exceptional and informative tour and our guide Elsa was superb. She pitched the information at just the right level and included tips of other visits we might make.....we followed her suggestions and found the university and public library excellent

Although a lot of places were not open being Monday, she recommended what we could see and what we could see the following day. She knows her history well and could answer any question posed to her. We really enjoyed this walk. Elza didn’t race from place to place- the pace was perfect and so was the route. Appreciate it ending near the Chapel of Bones!
