Free Walking Tours through Old Evora

We thoroughly enjoyed our walking tour of Evora with Elza. Because it is such a small town, it's easy to walk by things and not realize how much history they hold! We loved that we were able to explore parts of Evora that weren't super crowded with tourists, while still learning about the history, culture, and fun facts of the city! Elza even shared lots of recommendations of things to do and places to eat for the rest of our time in the town. We would highly recommend this tour if you're looking to get a little something extra out of your time in Evora.

Elsa was a fabulous tour guide. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area, enthusiastic and entertaining. She moved at a steady pace, but not too fast and was happy to stop and answer any questions we had. We would not have known any of the interesting details of the area had we not taken the tour. I would highly recommend both the tour itself and Elsa.

Excellent summary of history and life today in Évora.

It was a very good tour. We have been on many guru walks and along with the history of the area, we love to hear unique stories of the area’s past as well as get fun facts. It’s always nice to also hear about the food associated with the area and any special dishes.

Great historical tour and a must in Evora
