Elza might not remember, but me (Mike) and my husband (Alain) took an Évora walking tour with her, and it was so good that we brought friends and did it again a few times! She is awesome. My only regret is that since we were living in Évora at the time that we didn't get to spend more time with her. She is just amazing. The best tour guide you could dream of.

We were the only people on the tour, so essentially got a personal tour. Elza was very informative & easy going. Please note: without fault to the guide. This is not a free tour. There is a basic cost of €5 each to cover their taxes & then gratuities. Gratuities would apply in most instances.

We had a lovely wander around Evora with Elza. It was a small group (4) so we had plenty of one on one time and could ask any questions we liked. There is a ton of history here and she did a great job informing us. Well worth the time.

Elza gave us a wonderful tour of Évora, Portugal. She was very thorough, knowledgeable, and shared so many interesting stories throughout the walk. Even though Évora is a smaller town, she showed us just how much incredible history and culture it holds. The tour was engaging from beginning to end, and her passion for the city really came through in the way she explained each landmark and historical detail. We learned so much while enjoying the beautiful streets and atmosphere of the town. Thank you, Elza, for such a great tour and memorable experience in Évora!

This was my 1st booking on Guru walk. Elza was a very knowledgeable and professional guide who also connected to the individual people on her walking tour. She gave me a perspective of Evora I would otherwise never had experienced. Thank you, it made my short stay in Evora even more enjoyable.

We only booked the tour less than one hour in advance. We aren't typically "tour" people but thought it would be a good way to familiarize ourselves with the town. And wow, were we ever impressed!! Elza's knowledge of, and passion for, her community, and Portugal, was very evident. I could have kept going for two more hours. She is a gem!

Very good intro to Evora. Thank you. So much to see and not enough time. Elza provided lots of pertinent info and left room for our own exploration, if only we had more time.

Really enjoyed the tour. We learned more about the overall history of Portugal than we expected, and of course many details about Évora. Elza was very fun, and quite an expert.
