We are a couple who loves to travel. We have college aged kids. We have enjoyed Europe trips with our 2 kids to France, Germany Switzerland, Austria, Hungary, Italy, Czech Republic and Ireland. Our last trip was to Singapore to visit our son studying abroad. We loved exploring all of these places! This is our first trip to Portugal! We enjoy both walking and biking tours about the history and local culture.
Definitely a must tour for the market area! Our guru broke down the massive Tsukiji market and took us to several vendors to try/ purchase or not different foods. We had the option to buy: chicken skewers, fish cake, best wagyu I’ve ever eaten, tuna (and he even supplied fresh ground wasabi), Japanese omelet, all sorts of dried fruits and nut snacks, and unagi. He also recommended other things to try and a place to purchase knives and ceramics. Great tour to break down the crowded market area and make it simple!
This walking tour helped us navigate the Asukusa area and provided us information about the temple and the shrine. Agus was very informative, easy to understand and an engaging guide.
What an eye opening experience! Great way to see and learning about different parts of Osaka that you may wander into but not know what you’re seeing. Matt was a great guide with much information about history of the darker side of Osaka.
We had walked through some of the areas prior to the tour but completely missed seeing some of the main attractions. The tour was very helpful in navigating new areas within Dotonbori and kurumon market like the Nara walk. Matt was very helpful in pointing out restaurants and different foods to try. Great tour!
Great walking tour! Caroline’s love of Kyoto is very evident in her excitement of her presentation of the history of Kyoto.
