My name is Francesca, I am a licensed tour guide and tour leader. Born, raised and lived in Verona, I am madly in love with it. After completing my studies in tourism and taking professional certifications, I set off on a long journey around the world: Africa, North and South America, Asia and Europe… After this experience, I understood what it means to be a traveler and this allowed me to create an “ad hoc” tour, both from the point of view of the Guide and from that of the spectator! Really enjoyed the tour. Francesca got the balance right between information and interesting and humorous 'tit bits' of detail. saw many of the iconic places in Verona and learnt something of the history of the city. It was enjoyable, fun and enlightening. Thank you Francesca. On an administrative note, I think it would help people locate the start of the tour if it said it would begin outside of the MacDonalds on the stated road. A tour worthy of doing so wouldn't want to miss it because couldn't find the start.
Francesca was friendly, Very knowledgable about history of verona, well organised n prepared with documentation, it was fun to listen to her n she wore a microphone so she was very heard n understood. Top tour! We liked it n rewarded accordingly 👍👍
