Me llamo Francesca, soy guía turística autorizada y tour leader. Nací, crecí y viví en Verona, estoy locamente enamorada de ella. Francesca is a very professional and warm guide. She managed to have us all focused and participating during the whole tour with a nice pace and interesting curiosities that we could easily remember thanks to her way to make a very interactive experience.
Francesca is an absolutely incredible guide. Always with interesting stories and curiosities about the city, with an enormous willingness to empathise and connect with the group, and very expressive. She made our visit to Bergamo a much more complete and knowledgeable adventure.
Apparently the minimum number of participants was not reached, but the tour was not canceled nor was I notified. So, I went to the meeting point and waited 15-20 minutes until Francesca replied me saying the tour would not happen, despite saying confirmed in the web page.
I understand that a tour can't go ahead if there aren't enough people to justify it financially although it's still hugely disappointing to have it cancelled the morning of the tour. It messes up our plans that we had put in place weeks before.
