Welcome! My name is Ursina, I am Swiss German and passed my childhood near Zurich, however Lugano has been my home for the last 25 years. Having had a professional background in Hotel and Catering I am multilingual. I had a wonderful experience on the Lugano Old Town tour. The guide was very accommodating and kindly switched the tour to English upon request, even though it was originally listed only in German on the website. She was patient, friendly, and very detailed in sharing the history and stories of the city. Although I was the only participant, it felt like a private tour, which made the experience even more special. I’ve been on many walking tours, but this one truly stood out. I highly recommend it, especially for English-speaking visitors.
