Estuvimos escribiéndole, y no se presentó..con reserva confirmada..... una impresentable.....
Muy mala experiencia, reserva confirmada desde 11/2023 y no se presentó. Le escribimos y contestó 2 días después indicando que el grupo estaba cerrado de hacía meses, cuando teníamos reserva confirmada. No tuvimos la oportunidad de poder ver opciones o buscar información previa porque no avisó de que no se presentaría. Da la sensación de que le surgió un tour privado con mayor compensación económica y nos dejó tiradas a 16 personas, teniendo que improvisar sobre la marcha, después de esperar con ilusión durante meses a nuestras vacaciones. Desde luego, perturbó nuestro paso por Bergen. No la recomiendo en absoluto, no debería de estar en la plataforma.
