Carmen was an absolute sweetheart. The tour was very good, it was more like 3 friends hanging out and taking a walk around town. We changed the tour direction last minute because we already did the usual direction and she had absolutely no problem with it. We made a friend in Naples and that was Carmen. She also had some very useful recommendations like ice cream breaks, games, and restaurants suggestion. I definitely recommend if you ever in Naples.
