As others have mentioned, the tour guide may or may not show up. The website is deceiving as it shows many times available, but Ana does not necessarily give tours at those times. Don’t know if this is more of a website flaw or if it’s Ana’s lack of updating the schedule. I booked a day in advance and got a reminder email 12 hours before the tour, but only when I messaged Ana to see how long the tour was did I get a “I’m not doing a tour today” notification. If you really want to try it, message Ana first and see when she says her tours are.
