Having been to Florence before, this was a very interesting and informative walking tour which enabled us to see an area of Florence that we definitely would not have been able to find on our own. Francesco is a very personable and knowledgeable tour guide. He was very accommodating in that he allowed us to experience the walk at our own pace and did not rush us at any point. We especially enjoyed our mid-walk stop for wine and cappuccino at a lovely. local outdoor cafe. The tour ended with a walk through the oltrarno area which we enjoyed as it felt like a glimpse at an "authentic"Florence neighborhood. Francesco brought us to a local outdoor market and suggested a restaurant overlooking the market where we had an excellent local Italian lunch. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it for those who want to see an area of Florence beyond the "usual" .
