Buenas noches: no pude acudir dado que se adelantó el horario (y a esa hora yo estaba en el aeropuerto, imposible acudir, me vino muy mal que adelantaran el horario 4 horas ya que tenía todo organizado para las 16:30). Por supuesto, no pude cancelarlo porque cuando el gurú me escribió yo estaba recogiendo las maletas, ni tiempo tuve a leer nada (estaba en un avión, sin cobertura) por lo tanto imposible cancelar la reserva.
