My name is Beka, and I was born in the western part of Georgia.
I have been guiding since 2017.
I love traveling, hiking, reading, swimming, and cooking.
My passion is to meet people and make them fall in love with Georgia.
Loved the tour, the hike is very do-able and Beka is really easy going and happy to stop whenever needed. He’s also very knowledgeable and happy to chat on a range of topics and was very courteous to a random German man who thought he knew Georgian history better than Beka did…
Beka is very friendly and knowledgeable. Before starting the little hike up he explained us some interesting facts about Georgian culture and recent history. My friend and I left when the real walk up the hill started because part of the group was lagging behind but, if you don’t mind taking the walk up with more calm/you do not have other plans, that would not be a problem. Overall, recommended :)
This review is for the girls and the gays: Heeeeeey guuurls, spent a wonderful time with Beka, we talked history(daddy Stalin is a bad, bad boy) and we got to make some thunder thighs on the hill up to the “Eiffel Tower” of Tbilisi. And to top it off we had great views along the way, I am not talking only about the city view from above(which is even better in the evening), Beka is a hunk as well. He will take care of you so good it will heal your daddy issues, (ask him for some chestnuts *wink*wink*). Anyway I suspect he is married, so y’all keep your dirty thoughts in your head and your saliva in your mouth. P.S. Hi Beka, 😉 as Jesus said, ask for a review and you shall receive😌
If you are in Tbilisi and want to do something different from usual walking tours, this hiking tour with Beka is a must. He is the best companion you could find to explain lesser known facts about Georgian society and culture. Beka is very knowledgeable and a great conversationalist and time just flies. This hiking tour is the best experience you can take and surprise yourself with the most amazing panaromic views of the city. I strongly recommend Beka’s tour.
I highly recommend this hike! Beka is very friendly and professional guide with huge knowledge about georgian history and the architecture around. The hiking trail up to Mtatsminda is so beautiful und has breathtaking views to the city 😍
