Farhod gave us a lot of information of the city, he was very patient, kind and gave us clear instructions from the beggining. He gave us not only information about the sites, also about the uzbek culture! We really enjoyed the tour! I really recommend it!
He didn't mention before the tour that he expects me to buy ticket to old town museums for 20$ which is not legit at all. It's not about money but about principles! He told me if I don't buy the ticket I will be waiting for others in front of museums. I have had many experiences with free walking tours but this was first very disrespectful experience. On other hand he is good guide, was cool experience with him. Even was ok to reschedule my tour for alternative date but the communication is key and I wasn't happy about this.
Farhod has very broad knowledge of different aspects of Khiva's history and packs it into enjoyable stories while showing key sites of Khiva's olt town. He is super friendly and seems to enjoy sharing his knowledge. Strong recommend!
